Gold and diamond jewellery can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase with the original bill and packaging.

Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition.

The value of exchanged items will be based on the current market rate, after deducting applicable making charges and wastage.

Custom-made or specially ordered jewellery is not eligible for exchange.

Refunds are not applicable for gold, diamond, or custom jewellery purchases.

In case of damage or defects, the item must be reported within 24 hours of purchase, and we will offer repair or replacement as needed.

Any refund (if applicable under special circumstances) will be issued within 7–10 business days after inspection.
